Must live or attend school in our target community zip codes

“Why I Choose to Rise Up” — 250-word essay or 1-minute video
Community Endorsement
Letter from pastor, coach, or teacher affirming character and need
Commitment Pledge
Student and parent/guardian sign pledge to attend all sessions & service projects
Scholarship Value: $1,000 per Student
