Dr. Tony A. Foster has been in Christian ministry for 36 years, a speaker nationally and internationally. 

Dr. Tony A. Foster is one of the founding Seniors Pastor of Restoration Worship Center, in Greenwood, S.C.  President of Restoration Bible College. Dr. Foster, has also authored four books. 

Dr.  Tony Foster received his , Bachelor of Theology, Masters of Theology, Masters of Sacred Studies,  Doctor of Sacred Studies, Doctor of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology Global.  

He  also received  two Honorary Doctorates: Doctor of Divinity, and Doctor of Letters from Christian Bible Institute & Seminary. Dr. Foster, also completed a certificate program, American Government: Constitutional Foundations, from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University. 

In addition, he has worked as a Health Educator/ Counselor with the University of South Carolina, Social Work Department.  

Dr. Tony Foster, was appointed by Governor Henry McMaster to the South Carolina Juvenile Parole Board in 2022.

Dr. Foster was also appointed by Governor Henry McMaster and confirmed by the South Carolina Senate as a Magistrate Judge in 2023 and also Dr. Foster was recently appointed to the, U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, South Carolina Advisory Committee.  Dr. Tony Foster, was also appointed by the Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court, Honorable John Kittredge, to the Summary Court Judges Advisory Committee. Dr. Foster was also a Juvenile Arbitrator with the South Carolina Eighth Circuit Solicitor’s office. Dr. Foster is also a Board Certified Christian Counselor with the, National Association of Christian Counselors.   

Lastly, Dr. Tony Foster is Vice—Chairman and board member of Charter Institute at Erskine; Vice President (Magistrate) and a member of the South Carolina Summary Court Judges Association; a member of the American Judges Association; former Board member with Palmetto Family, former board member of the United Way of Greenwood and Abbeville Counties, former board member of Y.M.C.A. of Greenwood, former Chairman of CrossRoads Women’s Center.  

Dr. Tony Foster is married to Dr. Joanie Foster and they have two sons James and Trey.
