Pornography use leads to the destruction of self-worth, ruined marriages, and creates unrealistic expectations about sexual intimacy with one’s spouse. From 2016 to 2020, these 16 states recognized pornography use as a public health crisis.

In addition, pornography use in the home teaches children that purity and innocence are not sacred things. Pornography promotes a promiscuous lifestyle where women and men are objectified. Pornography creates addictive behaviors which destroy families and their overall happiness.
